Our Repair Process
Every vehicle follows a clear path from first look to keys back in your hand. Walk-ins are welcome for inspection. Online intake can speed the first conversation — final pricing is confirmed after we see the vehicle.

Inspect
Bring the vehicle in (walk-ins welcome) or schedule an inspection at our Delray Beach shop. We assess structural, mechanical, and cosmetic damage in person.

Estimate
You receive an instant estimate after inspection — clear scope, parts, and timeline. If insurance is involved, we coordinate documentation and supplements.

Approve
We explain coverage, deductibles, warranty terms, and schedule before work begins so there are no surprises.
- 04
Repair
Factory-approved methods, Bourne Refinishing System color match, and secure fenced storage while work is underway.
- 05
Return
Fitment, finish, and function are verified under shop lighting before handoff. Lifetime paint labor warranty available where applicable.
